 • Chocolatier 2 ounces (Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar of bread – 53%, divided into very small PC)
 • 2 c powdered sugar (divided)
 • ¼ cup butter
 • 1 pinch salt
• Â ¼ cup whipping cream (heavy, room temperature)

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
