I have fond memories of my uncle Des manufacture of marble slabs, when our families met. Â Â When I was little was my favorite cake I never could decide whether they prefer pink or chocolate. I still love this perennial favorite child, but now tend to do like cupcakes. They are encouraging evidence of a childhood carefree.

I like the combination of

180 g butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 Of Sugar / 4 cup powder

2 eggs

1 1 / 2 cups flour

Milk 1 / 2 cup

2 tblspns cocoa

Extra milk 1 tblspn

1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).

2. Line cupcake trays with cupcake papers.

3. Beat butter, essence and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition.

5. Pour into a large bowl and mix sifted flour and milk in two batches.

6. Divide mixture evenly among the three bowls.

1. Bate's butter In a small bowl with electric mixer until as white as possible.

2. Add the sifted powdered sugar and milk in two batches.

3. Divide mixture between two plates.

4. Use pink to tone mixture in bowl.
