Great ice cream recipe for adults?

I have one of the self-responsible ice cream for my birthday this summer, and wanted to make ice cream Thanksgiving. To date, it has been more of a gift for my kids (and I'm fine with that). However ….. It is time for adults, and I want to do something with a are close to my dinner guests of adults. Nobody has made any basic ice cream liqueur?

Limoncello liqueur makes a great sorbet. Balleys cream liqueurs such as, Godiva or Kaluah are great for ice cream. Stronger spirits such as vodka does not freeze, so you can make your ice cream or sorbets too runny. Just start with an ice cream base and replace it with a little milk to the liquor of your choice.
